At Maho beauty, we take shipping very seriously. Each parcel is carefully packed and labeled by hand. We do our best to combine economy with security by maximizing space to save on shipping costs, while ensuring that the contents are well-protected during their travel to your doorstep. As we are eco-friendly, we use recycled or used papers as long as the products are safely wrapped in the parcel.


All international shipping is calculated by weight of the package and the rate starts from 4 EUR to EU countries and 3.80 EUR to other countries (e.g. for package under 100g sent by Registered Priority Mail). If your order is over 100EUR, you will qualify for free shipping, which is sent by Registered Priority Mail.

Once your order is processed, your purchase will be packed and transfered to the Lithuania Post Office in 1 - 3 business days. We are based in Kaunas, Lithuania and all your orders will be shipped from Lithuania, Europe. Every order is prepared within 48 hours after the payment confirmation (except Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays). If there should be any unexpected delays, we would inform you by email.


Delivery time via Registered mail depends on your location. It can take from 1 week if you are located in Europe and up to 5 weeks when shipping to the rest of the world. Please note that there can be delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas and other holiday periods.


As soon as your parcel is taken care of by the carriers, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.

Small Packet will be delivered to your mailbox, and Registered mail are sign on delivery services.


Please note that Maho beauty Store can't ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.


We start processing shipment right after processed payment confirmation.


Do I have to pay Tax or Customs Duty?

Hey, we hate taxes too, but they are a fact of life. Our prices are inclusive of European sales tax, but any applicable customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Should you refuse the package because of duty fees that may be associated with it, or for any other reason, you are responsible for the full order price and shipping costs for the order. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.


Please take extra care to ensure the Postal Address is correct on the 'Review your purchase' page before you pay!!! If the address displayed is not correct, click 'Modify' to select or enter a different address, otherwise your transaction will need to be cancelled and repurchased.


Why haven't I received my order yet?

A majority of the time, Lithuania Post are very good in dispatching parcels quickly and successfully; however, there are always a handful of parcels that, due to a number of unforeseen variables, take longer to arrive. If this happens, please check with your local post office first to see if they are holding onto your order and have forgotten to leave you a calling card to collect it. In the event that they don't have your parcel and it has been 20-40 days since we have confirmed posting your order, please contact us and we will look into it.


Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, no. Maho beauty and PayPal's Seller Protection Policy requires us to ship to the address you nominate during the checkout process. If the address you have provided is incorrect or you wish to change it after you have already paid, you will need to cancel the transaction and buy the item again. It is therefore very important that you enter the correct shipping address during the checkout process.
